Registration Rules and Policies

  • All entries must be made via the web by March 25, 2009.
  • Entries received after March 25, 2009 may be accepted, but will not be listed in the souvenir program and will incur a $50 late fee charge.
  • There will be no day of meet entries accepted.
  • No refunds after March 25, 2009.
  • All athletes must run for the school/college they attend. No unattached or club affiliated runners.
  • All athletes must run in their respective age divisions.
  • March 30, 2009 is the last day we will accept any late entries.


General Registration Information

CANCELLATION POLICY
Rain or shine, the LA84 Foundation/Mt. SAC Relays Youth Days will be run.  There will be no refunds due to inclement weather, acts of god, police or fire department closure, etc.  The LA84 Foundation/Mt. SAC Relays Youth Days reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule the event in the best interests of our participants with no refunds.

COACHES GIFTS
Coaches who bring a team of 20 or more will receive a program, certificate, souvenir pin, Mt. SAC Relays Ticket and souvenir t-shirt. Teams with 40 or more athletes will receive 2 coaches shirts. Teams with 100 or more athletes will receive 3 coaches shirts.

CONFIRMATIONS
Final Confirmations will be posted on our website on March 30, 2009.

ENTRY FEES

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DIVISION ATHLETE FREE
MIDDLE SCHOOL DIVISION ATHLETE $5

$250 MAXIMUM ENTRY FEE for any one school (boys and girls combined)

Payment must be received prior to your competition date. We ask that you bring a check to the event if you have not submitted for payement.
