Hilmer Lodge Stadium is located on the campus of Mt. San Antonio College in the City of Walnut (County of Los Angeles, State of California). Nestled between two rolling hills, the picturesque stadium is named after Mt. SAC's first track & field/cross country coach (1948-1963) and founder of the world renown Mt. SAC Relays, Hilmer Lodge. Built in 1945, the 13,500 seat (historic) stadium annually hosts the Mt. SAC Cross Country Invitational, Mt. SAC Relays, Footlocker West Regional Cross Country Championships, Mt. SAC Graduation and numerous other large events. It is also the home field for the Mt. SAC's Football, Cross Country and Track & Field Teams. The stadium has a long and storied history that includes 20 world records in Track & Field, movie/television appearances and some incredible historic moments.

For nearly three decades, Hilmer Lodge was an influential figure in U.S. Track and Field / Cross Country at the highest levels, including internationally as an official of the International Amateur Athletic Federation (IAAF). Lodge led a number of national teams and was a well respected coach among his peers that included coaching legends Bill Bowerman, Payton Jordan, Ducky Drake and Jess Mortensen.
